My mother is turning 80 today. But, she almost didn't make it. Mom decided to give a scare yesterday evening when she fell and hit her head. She was taken to the ER where they found that her head wasn't the biggest concern, she had a severe bladder infection. So, Mom made it to 80... the hard way.
We plan on going to see her later. Hopefully she is up for going out. Otherwise, we will just celebrate at her house.
