"Christ has risen! Happy Easter to all those celebrating today. And to the rest of you, no, I am not doing reruns of last month's posts. Today is the Orthodox Easter. With Mom celebrating Easter in Cyprus and John living two hours away, we were not planning on a celebration anyway so the kids and I spent the weekend traveling.
We went to Wisconsin to re-create an episode of the TV show Burgerland. In that episode, the host visited four unique burger stands. We did it, we visited and ate at al four places in two days and tonight, we are having "anything but burgers" for dinner.
